Best Cruiser Bikes HQ provides a one-year warranty on any manufacturing defects for footwear and six months for apparel and accessories from the date of purchase from Best Cruiser Bikes HQ or a Best Cruiser Bikes HQ authorized retailer.
Best Cruiser Bikes HQ warranty program does not cover defects due to improper fit, everyday wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence.
Warranty and Return Policy
At Best Cruiser Bikes HQ, we are committed to providing reliable and quality products to our customers. To that end, we offer a warranty and return policy to ensure that customers can be satisfied with their purchases. Our warranty and return policy are outlined below.
Warranty
We offer a limited warranty on all of our products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, materials, and artistry for one year from purchase.
Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper assembly or maintenance, usage for purposes other than those for which it was initially intended, or damage caused by any other reason unrelated to manufacturing defects or artistry.
If a product is found to be defective, you may return it to us within the warranty period. In such cases, we will repair or replace the defective product free of charge.
Return Policy
We accept returns of products in their original condition. The product must be unused and in the same condition you received. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return a product, you must contact us within 14 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns of products that have been used or damaged in any way.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and issue a refund if the product is found to be in its original condition. We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the product. Please note that the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for another item in our store, we accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase. You must contact us within this period to initiate an exchange.
To make an exchange, you must return the product in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive the product, we will issue a store credit for the same amount as the product’s purchase price. You may then use this store credit to purchase another product from our store. Please note that the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
Damage Claim
If your product is damaged during shipment, we will replace it free of charge. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to initiate a damage claim. You must also provide proof of damage, such as photos or videos.
Once we receive the proof of damage, we will issue a return shipping label and arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you at no additional cost.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Best Cruiser Bikes HQ Corporation (“Best Cruiser Bikes HQ”) warrants that its footwear products will be free from manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase, and its apparel and accessories products will be free from manufacturing defects for six months from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to Best Cruiser Bikes HQ products purchased from Best Cruiser Bikes HQ or a Best Cruiser Bikes HQ -authorized retailer unless otherwise prohibited by law.
Best Cruiser Bikes HQ products are legitimately sold only by authorized sellers who must follow Best Cruiser Bikes HQ’s policies and procedures.
Best Cruiser Bikes HQ reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers related to products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites.

There are no warranties that extend beyond those indicated herein. Any implied warranties that may apply to the products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.
Under no circumstances shall Best Cruiser Bikes HQ be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract, or strict liability.
